Returns
At All Zipped Up we strive to ensure that our duvet cover sets reach you in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we request that these are returned within 7 working days, on their receipt All Zipped Up will replace your goods or issue a full refund, reimbursing postage costs.
If your order fails to be delivered within 15 working days from the date of despatch (excluding weekends and bank holidays) we will endeavour to locate the parcel and failing this send a replacement at All Zipped Up's own expense, or if requested provide a full refund.
If you change your mind: The Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) provides consumers with a cooling off period following the placement of an order. You may cancel your order by email or telephone, without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days after the day on which the goods were received. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, however refunds are exclusive of postage costs. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
We may charge up to 30% of the goods value if used or damaged, as we cannot resell such goods as new.
Refunds
Refunds for valid returns will be via the method of payment used when placing the initial order. You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for faulty items. However for all other returns shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
